At Sparkle’s House!

Great, I met some nice new friends and how was yours?

We went to the beach and the theater. We had a lot of fun!
It was quite hot this summer so we rested a lot in the shades!

Come on, let’s go to school 🏫 so we won’t be late πŸ›Ž !

Wait I got a message!

Coco & Izzy are on their way to school. Izzy stops!

Coco wait! I just got a message from Sparkle.
She asks if we want to pick her up!

O yes, that’s a good idea, says Coco.
Then we can walk to school 🏫 together!

I hope she is ready to leave so we don’t have to hurry too much?

Come on Coco

Coco put his books for school on the ground. He’s not in the mood for school! He wants to play and doesn’t want to sit in a dusty class and listen to the teacher all day.

Izzy is a smart bunny boy and likes to learn πŸ”¬. He is trying to explain to Coco that school can be fun πŸŽ‰ and if they pay attention at school there will be more time to play after school!

Come on Coco, take your books πŸ“š and let’s hurry, we don’t want to be late πŸ›Ž !

Meet Coco & Izzy

The two brothers Coco & Izzy!

The last few weeks I have been working on these characters Coco & Izzy. I never drawn so much. I mostly draw flowers, leaves, branches and that sort of things, but when my daughter got her two bunnies I got inspired by their cute faces and wanted to draw them.

How and why Bunnies Coco & Izzy where “born”

Coco & Izzy are two hopelessly adorable and smart brother bunnies. From now I will be making some lovely adventures with these two guys. Partly from their real adventures and partly from the imagination of me and my youngest daughter (@foxgirlruby on Instagram)

The Journey started

Then a journey started, what style do I like and how can I tell a story with these cute faces.

In the first weeks they we had to win their trust and teach them a few things. We discovered quite quickly that they are quite smart especially Izzy. He managed to escape a few times and jump in my raised garden beds and wonder around some delicious food (ehhh plants)

So we learned a lot and my daughter and I where telling the stories to each other when they looked at us with their smart cute faces. Then we decided it would be fun to illustrate the stories they live (and beyond) to tell them in drawings.
